      "I have been training for a 10K and decided to try this out to replace the sports electrolyte drinks I usually use. I was impressed by a diagram on the bottle label showing the amount of electrolytes was about twice as much as the amount in a typical sports drink! Seeing this, and since my palate is pretty sensitive to strong flavors, I decided to dilute it in some water at a 1:1 ratio, and it ended up being the best decision taste-wise! It was still flavorful, just the right sweetness, and a single bottle went a long way."

      Light, Refreshing, Hydrating

      "I must confess, I don't have little ones I could have given this to so I tried it myself. I was a bit under the weather, I believe it was the flu, or a cold but regardless, slight fever and bed bound. Remembering to hydrate properly given this condition it was quite enjoyable and definitely took care of my hydration needs. I even had a slight headache which I swear this helped to get rid of too. Anyway, it was very good!"
